Hollywood Master Chorale's 22nd Season is worth wating for!

On Deceber 4, 2016, the chorale will kick off the holiday season with "Anticipate!," a concert that will have you on the edge of your seat.  As Artistic Director Dr. Stephen Pu explains, “I want our concert to be a part of what everyone is anticipating, helping to remind everyone that this season is a time of precious togetherness, heartwarming charity, and breathtaking beauty. Our concert will offer songs that depict all of these qualities as we embody the excitement that makes the winter season so special....”

Just to give you a taste:  there's Morten Lauridsen's Lux Aeterna, an ethereal contemporary masterwork.

Craig Courney's Musicological Journey Through the Twelve Days of Christmas will amuse and delight.  You will see why Gorey's "Lords a-Leaping" illustration is so apt.

Michelle Green Willner's Sim Shalom (Grant Us Peace,) a candlelight blessing from Steve Rothsteinand White Winter Hymnal by Robin Pecknold, (not what you might expect,) all reflect on special moments of the season.

There will be carols!
